Best reached by MTA bus or car, the Staten Island Community Based Outreach Center (CBOC) that provides comprehensive primary care, psychiatric care, social work, pharmacy, pain management, optometry, podiatry, nutrition, patient education and telehealth to eligible veterans. VA Shuttle buses are available for patient transportation to VA’s Brooklyn campus for referrals to other VA specialty services.
