Conveniently reached by public transportation, the Harlem Community Resource & Referral Center (CRRC) is a neighborhood hub for services related to homelessness, substance abuse and mental health issues. The CRRC also offers on-site medical primary care and referrals to other VA specialty services as necessary. Harlem has an extensive network of community partners who can help with legal advice, vocational counseling, family care, spiritual care and information on benefits. VA Shuttle buses are available for patient transportation to VA’s Manhattan Campus for referrals to other VA specialty services.

Take the Harlem River Drive to exit 20 to merge onto Park Ave toward E. 132 Street. Turn right at E. 125th St/Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd.
